What people
usually ask.

Two ways to work together — the Lightning Rod, available now, and Catch the Lightning, the 90-Day Forge, open from September. Both use the same post-traumatic growth framework, flow science and transcendent technologies. These questions apply across them; where an answer differs, it's noted.

Post-traumatic growth is not about healing in the conventional sense — not about returning to who you were before the rupture, or processing the wound until it no longer hurts.

It is the science of what becomes measurably possible on the other side. Tedeschi and Calhoun's research identified five domains where growth consistently appears after adversity: personal strength, new possibilities, deeper relating, appreciation of life, and spiritual change. This work delivers all five — not as concepts, but as lived outcomes. Not resilience. Transformation.

Most post-traumatic growth work focuses on either body processing or cognitive narrative — and leaves out the state in which transformation actually becomes possible. This framework brings flow science in as the missing mechanism: flow is the state in which the nervous system is most open to updating its predictions, which is precisely what post-traumatic growth reconstruction requires. Without it, the work can loop. With it, something actually shifts.

The addition of transcendent technologies means the growth lands somewhere specific — in direction, in practice, in a life that reflects who you've become. That combination is what makes this different from anything else currently available.

You don't need a spiritual belief system. The transcendent technologies used here are practical and evidence-informed: Yoga Nidra, somatic anchoring, ancient navigational wisdom that maps directly onto contemporary neuroscience. Rigour and revelation in equal measure — without the dogma of religion or the sentimentality of the New Age.

Post-traumatic growth research consistently shows that spiritual change is one of the five core growth domains — meaning it tends to emerge naturally through the process, regardless of prior belief. The neuroscience is catching up with the mystics. If you're open to what arises, that's enough.

We are living through a period of collective rupture and reimagining. The discomfort many people feel — the sense that something doesn't fit, that the old frameworks aren't holding, that they're being called toward something more aligned — is not pathology. It is a response to real conditions.

The people who metabolise their adversity into something that serves — who go beyond self-actualisation into contribution and Kaufman's transcendence — move through the world differently. They think differently, act differently, offer something different to the people and communities around them. This work exists because that matters now. Not just personally. In service to these times.

No — and that distinction matters. Post-traumatic growth emerges once the ground is steady again, not while everything's still in motion. This work occupies the specific territory between I came through it and I know who I am now — the aftermath, not the acute moment itself.

This is not crisis support. It asks real things of you: the capacity to show up, to practise, to integrate. If you're in the middle of something acute right now, that deserves dedicated support first — please reach for it, and know the door here stays open for when you're ready.

Yes — and that work is often precisely what makes you ready for this. You've done the excavation. This is the construction.

The frame is synthesis — taking everything you've already learned and building something deliberate from it. Most clients find it reaches something their previous work couldn't, not because the previous work was wrong, but because it was a different tool for a different phase. The more honest work you've already done, the more you'll get from this.

No. This is coaching and mentoring, not a clinical intervention. It is trauma-informed — I work with awareness of the nervous system and am trained in somatic approaches — but it doesn't replace professional support when that's what's actually needed.

I'll always be honest about what this is and isn't. If a GP, therapist, or other professional support becomes the right next step at any point, I'll say so and point you toward it.

Post-traumatic growth is measurable, not aspirational — Tedeschi and Calhoun's research tracks it across five specific domains, and flow science explains the mechanism by which the shift actually happens, not just the hope that it might. You leave with a physical Blueprint, not just an experience — something you can return to and act on, whether or not everything lands the same day.

The Lightning Rod is a concentrated post-traumatic growth intensive — one day, available now. You leave with a complete Flow State Post-Traumatic Growth Blueprint: your five growth domains mapped, your flow protocol personalised, your soul purpose named. Complete and powerful in its own right, and the doorway into the deeper programme. £2,000.

Catch the Lightning is the full arc — the 90-Day Forge, a 1:1 programme limited to four people at a time, open from September. Every Forge begins with a Lightning Rod day: the Blueprint drawn there becomes the foundation the ninety days build on, working through all five growth domains with flow science as the missing mechanism and transcendent technologies as the navigational system. Not a taster. The complete transformation.

The Forge is £6,000 — and if you've done a standalone Lightning Rod within the previous 90 days, £1,000 of that investment is credited directly toward it. Rod clients are the first I talk to about places.

Four 90-minute sessions across one day, online: Flow Activation, Domain Mapping, Transcendent Technologies, and Soul Purpose Naming. You leave with your Blueprint document and a complimentary 45-minute integration call two weeks later, to see what's landed. £2,000.

No — every Forge begins with a Lightning Rod day. The Blueprint drawn there is the ground the ninety days build on; we don't build the container on unexamined ground. If you've done a standalone Lightning Rod within the previous 90 days, it counts — and £1,000 of that investment is credited toward the Forge.

Yes. The £6,000 Forge investment can be settled upfront, or as three monthly payments of £2,000. Payment is by bank transfer or card.

Live calls are booked flexibly via a private link, tracked and reset at the end of each 30-day phase. The Nerve Centre is live Tuesday–Thursday — a private voicenote channel, checked twice daily during UK hours.

It begins with a Threshold Conversation — up to an hour, without cost or pressure, to talk about where you are, what you're looking for, and whether the fit is right in both directions. Threshold Conversations for the September opening are happening now.

If we both feel the resonance to move forward and a space is open, we begin. There are four places at any one time; the scarcity is real and simple. I don't use waiting lists or automated booking — every place is arranged through a real conversation.

Write to me at loutomlinson.com/contact — a few honest lines about where you are and what's bringing you here. There's no application form, no automated booking. Just write to me directly.

I read every message myself. If it feels like there might be a fit, I'll suggest times for a Threshold Conversation — a real, unhurried discussion about the work, where you are, and which way of working makes sense.
