Escape velocity requires tremendous charge.
You might be too soulful for the productivity world, too rigorous for the New Age, too ambitious for the therapy room, too witty for the wellness industry.
I use post-traumatic growth science, flow science, and transcendent technologies to help people build from everything they've been through — not in spite of it, but because of it. There is a framework that holds the whole of who you are. You are in the right place.
Post-traumatic growth — the river beneath the road.
Rupture doesn't only break you. Properly metabolised, it opens a door that nothing else does — to a depth of aliveness, clarity and purpose most people never reach.
The post-traumatic growth framework, flow science, and transcendent technologies — three bodies of knowledge, held together in one body of work.
Through the worst of it.
Ready for what's next.
You're not in crisis. You're through the worst of it. You've come through something — a breakdown, a loss, a spiritual opening, a marriage ending, burnout, or a calling arriving that the old life can no longer contain. You are functioning. What you don't yet have is a framework worthy of what you've been through — or a way to convert it into what comes next.
You've done the work. The therapy, the retreats, the honest conversations with yourself at 3am. You are psychologically sophisticated, spiritually alive, and intellectually serious. And still — something essential hasn't arrived yet. Not because the work was wrong. Because the frame was partial.
Five growth domains.
Lived outcomes.
Post-traumatic growth is measurable — but you don't live a measurement. The five domains arrive as something you can feel: a different relationship to your own intensity, a direction that stops being theoretical, a life built around who you actually are. This is what the work is for — personally, and in a time that needs more people who have metabolised the hard thing into something that serves.
Post-traumatic growth.
Not recovery. Not resilience.
Post-traumatic growth is the science of measurable transformation after rupture.
Tedeschi and Calhoun identified five domains where this growth consistently appears: personal strength, new possibilities, deeper relating, appreciation of life, and spiritual change.
It doesn't happen while everything's still in motion. It emerges once the ground is steady again — in the specific territory between I came through it and I know who I am now. That is the territory this work occupies.
Kotler, Mannino, Fox and Friston's 2026 research in Frontiers in Systems Neuroscience names flow as the mechanism that was missing — the state in which the nervous system stops predicting the old life and opens to the new one.
Transcendent technologies are the navigational system that maps where it leads.
What you came through
becomes the fuel.
Five measurable growth domains. A structured methodology — psychoeducation, emotional regulation, constructive disclosure, narrative reconstruction, service and altruism. Not processing the wound. Converting it. This is not resilience. It is transformation.
The state in which
post-traumatic growth becomes possible.
Trauma is a disorder of frozen prediction. The nervous system locks in old inference and anticipates threat based on past experience. Flow is the state in which the system becomes most open to updating those predictions — which is precisely what narrative reconstruction requires. Your brainwaves, your birthright. Flow and transcendent states share the same neural signature — transient hypofrontality, the quieting of the brain's self-critical networks (Dietrich, 2003) — which is why flow opens toward the transcendent as reliably as it opens toward growth (Kaufman, Transcend, 2020).
Where post-traumatic growth
is pointing.
Transcendent technologies are the methods and practices that make the growth land somewhere specific: Yoga Nidra, somatic anchoring, shamanic energy medicine, energy psychology, Hillman's acorn cartography, ancient wayfinding traditions. Without the dogma of religion or the sentimentality of the New Age. Rigour and revelation in equal measure. They are where the post-traumatic growth work stops being conceptual and becomes lived — and where soul purpose surfaces: not as duty or vocation, but as the particular direction your life has uncovered. The beauty made from the break.

Two ways in. The Lightning Rod is available now — a concentrated post-traumatic growth intensive you can begin this summer. Catch the Lightning is the deeper programme — the 90-Day Forge, open from September. Four places at any one time; when one person finishes their Forge, a space opens.
The Lightning Rod
A post-traumatic growth intensive using flow science and transcendent technologiesFor those who have come through something significant and want a complete, concentrated process — a single complete day. You leave with a Flow State Post-Traumatic Growth Blueprint: your five growth domains mapped, your flow protocol personalised, your soul purpose named.

The full post-traumatic growth arc — the 90-Day ForgeThe complete journey. Working through all five post-traumatic growth domains with flow science as the missing mechanism and transcendent technologies as the navigational system. Not recovery, not performance optimisation — the measurable transformation that becomes possible when you stop returning to who you were and start building from who you've become. Four places at any one time, open from September. Every Forge begins with a Lightning Rod day — and if you've done yours within the last 90 days, £1,000 is credited toward it.

Her profound knowledge not only allows for a rare cross-pollination of ideas, but empowers me to grow in a holistic way. She reframes my words and feelings in ways that truly open up entirely new perspectives for me. These months have now turned into nearly two years, and I cannot wait for more."Mia Rosenzweig · Sweden
Give course to the songline soul,
as water finds its way to ocean
through every turning point.
The river goes nowhere,
and we go with it,
in the borders of this body —
singular, infinite.
Something in you
already knows the direction.
