In the contemplative and mystery traditions I draw from, humans have long recognised that life transitions are not crises to survive - they’re thresholds into deeper dimensions of being, and turning points to transformation.

There is a descent and disorientation when identity dissolves and meaning collapses. It can be hard to get a foothold.

But if you’re game enough to move through it rather than around it—you will find a whole new incarnation of yourself on the other side, in the shape of your soul’s code and not society’s conditioning.

Our personal transformation is embedded in a larger story of what we are being called to in these turbulent times. We each have our gifts to bring. We each have our futures to protect.
